This high intensity, aerobic class incorporates a wide variety of interval training along with various full body circuits, all done in multi-planer fashion.  Equipment used in this class, varies from body weight, dumbbells, suspension straps, stability balls, speed ladders, punching bags to medicine balls or a combination of all. These classes are taught by a Certified MMA Conditioning Coach. This class is ideal for intermediate to experienced fitness levels.
I first purchased a couple of one-on-one sessions to help with my outside sports. On my very first session, my coach broke down the different types of goals I could achieve, and explained how each would be reached. Its been 2 yrs and I don't know how I would have ever made it without my coach. ~T.Burns
