This high intensity, aerobic class incorporates a wide variety of interval training along with various full body circuits, all done in multi-planer fashion.  Equipment used in this class, varies from body weight, dumbbells, suspension straps, stability balls, speed ladders, punching bags to medicine balls or a combination of all. These classes are taught by a Certified MMA Conditioning Coach. This class is ideal for intermediate to experienced fitness levels.
My favorite classes are definitely the Sculpt and Kickboxing classes. Together, I was not only able to lose 25 pounds, It went by so fast I had to set new goals. Thank you to Coach Ize and all the Muzzle Fitness staff you guys rock! Xo, Brit.
