This high intensity, aerobic class incorporates a wide variety of interval training along with various full body circuits, all done in multi-planer fashion.  Equipment used in this class, varies from body weight, dumbbells, suspension straps, stability balls, speed ladders, punching bags to medicine balls or a combination of all. These classes are taught by a Certified MMA Conditioning Coach. This class is ideal for intermediate to experienced fitness levels.
As I began to focus more on my health and fitness lifestyle, I began to understand the positive influences it had in other areas of my life. Thank you to all the coaches at Muzzle Fitness for always pushing me to next level.
