UFC Fit is a total body training class that teaches you the basic movement that simulates a real MMA fight. You will utilize various strikes, defense tactics and take down dills that include knees, punches, elbows, sprawls, break falls and enough and enough ab work help you build a solid core in no time.
My favorite classes are definitely the Sculpt and Kickboxing classes. Together, I was not only able to lose 25 pounds, It went by so fast I had to set new goals. Thank you to Coach Ize and all the Muzzle Fitness staff you guys rock! Xo, Brit.
