Body Sculpting is a non-aerobic, muscle-toning class, focusing on total body & core strength. Some of the equipment used in this class are weighted bars, exercise bands and/or light dumbbells. Traditional weight-training moves are used, as well as an introduction to multi-planer movements. Ideal for all fitness levels.
